I am so excited about Ascend Financials! I believe every business and household would benefit from this program. When I first began my business, I had no idea on how to make my money work for me. This software took all the guess work out of money management; and the program is so easy to learn you'll be amazed! With Ascend I now have the peace of mind, knowing I am spending where I need to spend. Before I bought the Ascend program I had seriously thought about hiring an accountant but now I have everything I need right at my finger tips, even the proper reports for tax time. I recently attended the Ascend workshop and was quite impressed! The workshop itself was informative and very entertaining, so it kept everyone's attention & interest at a high level. I've had confidence in my own ability to manage money well, but didn't feel I had a good system to train my Consultants--all across America. Ascend Financials answers that need. I can see a much HIGHER retention level, happier consultants, more PROFITABLE women in my future National Area. Ascend, I can’t tell you the enormous burden that was lifted off of me because of your workshop and software. I have made thousands and thousands in this business, but only have greater debt to show for it. You were right, I felt so scared and guilt-ridden over what I’d done with my money —I unknowingly resigned in my mind. No wonder I didn’t have bookings, no wonder I didn’t have a dynamic Unit! I have been a Consultant for 11 years. I have tried many software programs to make the ‘business side’ of my business run efficiently but was not able to completely achieve that goal until I started using Ascend Financials. I have been using BLVD for the past 10 yrs; but BLVD organized the customer side of my business. With BLVD and Ascend Financials I have a winning combination! Ascend Financials completely and efficiently organizes the financial side of my business. I used to try to keep my money separated in paper envelopes but it did not work. Your virtual envelopes are AWESOME!! This program lets you see at a glance how much money is in each envelope, which envelope is mine to spend (profit), and which envelopes are allotted for specific things, i.e., PCP, inventory, seminar, sales taxes, and freight. I love the option of adding additional envelopes. I have a credit card that I used for inventory before purchasing this program and I have made an envelope to dedicate 10% of my profit monies to pay this credit card off. Once this card is paid off, I will be purchasing inventory from the monies in the inventory envelope. Not going into debt using a credit card. Thank you Asced for a program that ALL Mary Kay Consultants and Directors MUST have: BLVD + Ascend Financials = SUCCESS!

I purchased the program in December and began using it on January 1. I have never been more comfortable with my business. I love knowing how much I have to invest in products, etc. and love to see how much I have made. I keep trying to make more! Everyone in MK should have Ascend.

Ascend…I LOVE IT! Every consultant should have it from the beginning. You can SEE that you are really making MONEY, and you don't get discouraged, a reason I think people give up this business. I believe a weakness in MK training, no business training, it IS a business!!

Ascend is awesome. I highly recommend that every consultant use Ascend. Or at least have the training, LeAnne explained things so clearly. Some things I didn't know, like everything outside of PCP, sec 2, sec 1, and sales tax, comes out of Profit. I was trying to take all business expenses out of PCP and sec 2. After she explained it, I thought, ‘how did I miss that, it is quite clear on the tracking sheet.’ I think the financial part is extremely important for New Consultants. During this year, I have "borrowed" money from our family finances; I was tracking everything on Microsoft Money and made that money a "loan" with scheduled payments. (I was coming short with my MK business). I really am not sure exactly how, but after entering everything into Ascend, I had enough money. I wasn't short at all! I am not really sure what happened, but I was doing something wrong and Ascend took care of it for me. I love the envelope idea. It makes it so easy to SEE your budget. I know when I make an Order exactly what I have, or what I am going to need to make an Order. It has motivated me to stay on budget. Each time I make a deposit, it shows me what I have (or what I need) in each area.

First off, let me say that I LOVE the program!!! I just purchased it, last week...and can already SEE a difference in knowing "exactly" where my MK Money is going! As a Sales Director, I definitely appreciate this tool in helping to train Consultants on the basics of "Money Management." As a matter of fact, I took my laptop and showed the tutorial at our Sales Meeting, last night!

I was amazed at LeAnne's energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge about a subject that confounds most of us...money! We love to spend it but most of us don't know how to manage it! Her workshop took a very confusing and complicated subject and made it funny, entertaining, and informative. The Ascend Financials program is pure GENIUS! I believe that using this program could be the key for consultants to stay with their businesses because they SEE that they are making money. More importantly, it takes the "fear" of money management away! Thank you for taking a complicated but necessary part of our businesses and putting it in a language we can use!

Until I was introduced to Ascend Financials, I never encouraged my unit members to invest in anything to manage their Mary Kay businesses. Ascend Financials, however, is a program that will help us to retain unit members by strengthening their businesses through solid money management. I actually had a consultant tell me, that before the Ascend Financials workshop, she was considering quitting her business because she didn't feel like she was make any money; although, she was having great sales. Now, she is tracking her sales, she can see where her money is going, and she knows that she is making the decisions of what to do with her profits. What an empowering business tool!
